What are we doing in response to COVID-19

As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols. We are redefining our cleaning & safety standards and we will be actively monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure we have a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates. All aspects of our business with be addressed, from public spaces, guest rooms to in-house dining. 

Where can I park my car?
Ample onsite carparking is available for inhouse guests.
Are portacots available?

Portacots are available on request, $15 per stay (subject to availability).

Are Rollaways available?

We are unable to provide rollaway bedding however we have a range of rooms available with varied bedding configurations. Call us to discuss your needs.

I will be arriving after 8pm, how can I check in if Reception is closed?

Please contact us direct if you are planning to arrive after 8pm so we can arrange after hours check in for you.

How close is the Motel to shops and restaurants?

The Motel is centrally located on Queen street in Berry Village. A range of shops and restaurants are right on our door step.

Is there a pool at the motel?

Yes, an outdoor guest pool is available from 8.30am to 6pm daily, pool towels are available from reception.

Is the Motel open with the current Covid-19 restrictions?

Yes we are open and accepting reservations. Call us direct to make your booking to receive a complimentary Continental Breakfast in JoJo’s Lounge.
