Public Spaces

Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency with the recommended cleaning agents.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at hotel entrances, at our front desks, and other common areas around the hotel.

Guest Rooms

  • In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. Removing pen, paper, and guest directory from guest rooms.All of our staff have enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.

Social Distancing

Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We will be adding safety measures at check-in to provide an extra level of precaution for all our guests. Around the pool area & breakfast area, only limited seating is available & we have moved all outdoor furniture to be more than 2 metres away from each other
